The founders

Two careers, one vision

Mademoiselle Conciergerie began with a shared passion for travel, beautiful houses and the art of welcoming guests.

Drawing on their own travels and their work in property, Laetitia and Erwann imagined a different way of staying in a villa: the privacy of a house of your own, with the attention, the services and the standards of a fine hotel. To bring that vision to life, they gradually brought together a team around them.

Laetitia Denux

Co-founder and director

Laetitia began her career in the veterinary field, where she learnt to pay close attention to other people’s needs. A passion for property led her to train in real estate, then to work as a concierge in high-end villas in Corsica. As a holiday let investor herself, she understands what owners expect and what guests hope for. Today, leading Mademoiselle Conciergerie alongside Erwann, she shapes the experience we offer our guests, the agency’s standards of hospitality and the identity of the brand and its houses. Her judgement guides the arrival of each new villa in the collection as much as the evolution of the services devised for guests and owners alike.

Erwann Deverdun

Co-founder and director

Erwann grew up in a military family with a long involvement in furnished lettings, so property management was part of everyday life. After more than ten years as a wealth management adviser to the French Gendarmerie, he returned to his home region. Today, at the head of the agency with Laetitia, he steers its growth, its organisation and its property and commercial strategy, together with the tools that let every villa be marketed and run with precision. His experience in wealth management informs an approach in which quality of service and rental performance go hand in hand.

Together, they hold to a single standard: every villa welcomes its guests with the care of a fine hotel, and every owner receives the same attention.

A vision shared by a whole team

A vision means little without the people who bring it to life. Around Laetitia and Erwann, a team has taken shape, one skill at a time.

Welcome and guest relations, villa preparation, housekeeping and linen, maintenance, concierge services, administration and management: each of these skills has its own specialists, in our team or among partners chosen as carefully as our villas.

Everyone shares the same idea of hospitality: exacting, precise and deeply human.

Our story

A new way of travelling

Laetitia and Erwann founded Mademoiselle Conciergerie in 2022. Their guiding principle fits in a few words: a world where every detail counts.

In 2025 the agency published its own magazine, Villas & Experiences: our villas, our favourite restaurants and escapes, in French and English.

How we work

Care at every stage

Choosing

Every villa is chosen. We visit it with its owner, then study it in detail. Next come the audit, the photography and, where the house qualifies, its official French star rating as a holiday home (meublé de tourisme).
Preparing

Before every arrival, the villa is prepared to the standards of a fine hotel: hotel-quality bed linen and towels, beds made with care, every detail checked. A house is only ready when every detail is.
Welcoming

Every guest is welcomed in person at the villa, never through a key box: a member of our team hands over the keys and shows them around. A filmed inventory is made before each arrival.
Looking after

Our team looks after every stay, from the first day to the last. Each month the owner receives a statement with their payment, and at the end of the season we review it together, including their guests’ comments.

In France, managing holiday homes on behalf of their owners is a regulated profession. Mademoiselle Conciergerie is a licensed estate agency: it holds the professional card (carte professionnelle) for Transaction and Property Management, issued by the Paris Île-de-France Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and is bound by the Hoguet Law.
