The place
Sérignan, nature and contemporary art
South of Béziers, Sérignan has kept its coastline: Les Orpellières, a Natura 2000 site belonging to the Conservatoire du Littoral, France’s coastal protection agency, take in a beach, 2.5 km of dunes and salt meadows.
The MRAC, Occitanie’s regional museum of contemporary art, covers 3,200 m² and opened in 2006. Valras-Plage and its harbour are next door.
The ‘De Béziers à la mer’ cycle route reaches Les Orpellières along the Canal du Midi and through the vineyards.

We take on a villa when we would love to welcome our guests there, and know we can look after it as if it were our own.
Frequently asked questions
Questions from owners in Sérignan
Do I need to declare my villa to Sérignan town hall?
Yes, unless it is your main residence: form Cerfa 14004 is filed with Sérignan town hall, with a copy for the Béziers Méditerranée tourist office, until the national online service opens, announced for the last quarter of 2026. Under the management agreement, we make the declaration for you.
Where is the tourist tax declared in Sérignan?
To the Béziers Méditerranée local authority, on its online portal, three times a year, as in Valras-Plage; under the management agreement, we collect the tourist tax from your guests and remit it for you. Neighbouring Portiragnes comes under the Hérault Méditerranée authority, like Agde.
Is the registration number changing in 2026?
Yes: national registration, announced for the last quarter of 2026, will be compulsory for everyone who lets, without exception, and old town-hall numbers will have to be renewed within several months, after which they will no longer be valid. The law asks the owner to complete this registration in person: we prepare the file with you, then add the number to each of your listings.
How is the neighbours’ peace protected?
Our terms and conditions set the number of guests for each villa, and any gathering needs our written consent. Depending on the house, a noise monitor helps keep things peaceful for the neighbours. Every guest is welcomed in person, and a filmed inventory is made before each arrival.
Who looks after my pool and garden?
A network of tradespeople, pool specialists and gardeners looks after the villa, and our teams stay available to your guests 24/7. Anything that affects the quality of a stay is treated as an emergency; we report back to you with the cost, and any investment is quoted for your approval beforehand. You are welcome to keep your own contractors.
My villa has no star rating: what should I do?
The rating is optional, from one to five stars. We aim for at least four stars for the villas in the collection: we prepare the application, get the villa ready for the inspection, advise you on improvements if a criterion is missing, then pass the certificate on to you.
