Your listing
Professional photography, then publication on our direct-booking website and on Airbnb, Booking.com and Vrbo, with synchronised calendars. Rates are adjusted every day by comparing your villa with the rest of our collection and with the market, within the framework agreed with you during the audit.
-
Your guests
Welcomed in person at the villa, never through a key box. Our terms and conditions set the number of guests and cover any gathering; depending on the house, a noise monitor helps keep things peaceful for the neighbours.

The area
Béziers, between canal and vineyards
Béziers is not a seaside resort. People come for Saint-Nazaire Cathedral, the covered market, the Canal du Midi and the vineyards; the Mediterranean is not far away.
The Béziers Méditerranée area counts 7.1 million overnight stays a year, 2.8 million of them in July and August: demand does not stop with the summer. Visitors from Germany, the Netherlands and Switzerland lead the way from abroad.
In 2026, the nine locks of Fonseranes mark thirty years since the Canal du Midi was listed by UNESCO. The 2026 Feria drew 1.17 million people.

The process
How to join us
Every villa is considered personally. We then visit it with you, on site, with nothing for you to prepare. If it joins the collection, the audit follows, then the management agreement signed online, the photography and, finally, the villa going live.
We take on a villa when we would love to welcome our guests there, and know we can look after it as if it were our own.
Frequently asked questions
Questions from owners in Béziers
Does a villa near Béziers let like a villa by the sea?
Differently. Béziers is not a seaside resort: people stay for the town, the Canal du Midi, the vineyards and the festivals, with the Mediterranean close by. Our audit looks at your villa on its own terms: its seasons, its guests and its rates are not modelled on those of a seaside villa.
My villa is in a village near Béziers: can it join the collection?
Yes. Every villa is considered on its own merits: the house, its setting and what it offers our guests. The villas in our collection are in towns as well as in the countryside.
How do I declare my villa to Béziers town hall?
Form Cerfa 14004 is completed, then stamped at the town hall, with a copy to the Béziers Méditerranée tourist office; it is compulsory unless the house is your main residence (one you live in at least eight months a year). The local authority’s tourist tax portal offers a pre-filled form. Under the management agreement, we make the declaration for you.
When is the tourist tax declared in Béziers?
To the Béziers Méditerranée local authority, three times a year: by 15 May for January to April, by 15 September for May to August, and by 15 January for September to December. Additional departmental and regional taxes are added, depending on the villa’s star rating. Under the management agreement, we collect it from your guests and remit it for you.
Is the registration number changing in 2026?
The national online registration service is announced for the last quarter of 2026; it will be compulsory in every commune, Béziers included, with the number on every listing, and declaring to the town hall remains the rule until then. The law asks the owner to complete this registration in person: we prepare the file with you, then add the number to each of your listings.
What happens to my villa during the Feria?
That is decided with you, as for any period: either you keep it for yourself and your dates are blocked, or you open it to our guests under the same rules as the rest of the year (a set number of guests, any gathering subject to our written consent, a filmed inventory before every arrival).
Can I still use my villa myself?
Of course. Give us your dates, ideally for the whole year: we block them, confirm them in writing, and can change them with a simple message. Each time you come, the house is prepared with the same care as for our guests.
