Each villa has its own private terrace with plancha grill and outdoor seating. Each has its own private pool (approx. 5 × 3 m, depth 1.60 m), secured and open in season: ideal for all ages to enjoy the sun in privacy. The property includes two enclosed garages and two outdoor parking spaces on‑site. Accommodates up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy the tranquillity of the neighbourhood while being within easy reach of shops, restaurants and the lively seaside of Valras‑Plage. Ideal for family reunions, multigenerational holidays or friends’ getaways, this villa duo provides space and independence, yet encourages convivial moments around the pools and barbecue.

Cancellation policy
In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date and time (5pm, local time of the villa), the guest will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before 5pm (local time of the property), the guest will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, as well as a full refund of the cleaning fee, linen fee and tourist tax.
Any cancellation made less than 7 days before 5pm, according to the villa’s local time zone, will only be eligible for a refund of the cleaning fee, linen fee and tourist tax.
