Béziers enchants with historic lanes and the Saint-Nazaire Cathedral overlooking the Orb. Stroll along Les Allées Paul-Riquet, taste Languedoc wines, and visit the Fonserannes Locks on the Canal du Midi—refined excursions minutes away. Further south, Valras-Plage offers an elegant seaside mood: waterfront promenade, beach clubs, seafood restaurants, lively market and family-friendly pleasures set the tone.
Outdoors, unwind in the private pool (5 m × 3 m, approx. 1.60 m deep, not heated). Linger on the terrace between swims, enjoy alfresco lunches and sunset apéritifs—the calm residential setting keeps you close to shops, the local market and the beach. Clean and very well equipped villa. Pool was welcome to cool off and aircon also. Only short walk to nice beach. Off season but still some nice places to eat which were walkable. Garage we could fit our mid size SUV no problem - dimensions of our car 4.66m long and 1.865m wide.

Très belle villa bien décorées dans toute les pièces. A notre arrivée la villa était propre. Les lits faits avec des serviettes propre dans chaque chambre. La villa est fonctionnelle

Nous avons séjourné 7 nuits dans cette villa. Nous étions 5 adultes et 2 enfants de 2 et 5 ans.
La maison est conforme aux photos. Elle est spacieuse et jolie. Elle bénéficie d’un garage (attention un SUV n’y passe pas) et d’une place de parking privée. Elle dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour passer un bon séjour (lave-vaisselle, machine à laver, plancha etc). La piscine est entretenue même pendant le séjour. Elle n’est pas chauffée mais à cette période de l’année ce n’est pas un problème. Seul hic de la maison: 1 seul wc, malgré 2 salles de bains.
Le voisinage est calme et la plage des mouettes (sable) se trouve à 5-10 minutes à pied. Elle est grande et propre. L’eau est peu profonde ce qui est super pour les enfants. Par contre il n’y a ni toilettes, ni douches, ni cabine pour se changer. Et selon où l’on se trouve il faut marcher 10-15 min jusqu’à la première paillote.
À 5 min de la maison en face du restaurant la dame de cœur se trouve le petit train qui vous amène au centre de Valras Plage (5€ adulte aller-retour). Vous y êtes en 10-15 min. Il passe toutes les 40 min. Là-bas l’ambiance est plus festive avec des concerts ou spectacles chaque soir. Il y aussi de nombreux restaurants et une fête foraine pour les enfants. Le lieu est très joli.
En voiture à 10 min se trouve un grand carrefour. Mais il y aussi un petit magasin à 5 min de la Alain en direction de la plage avec une bonne boulangerie.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour et particulièrement apprécié la flexibilité et la disponibilité des équipes. Nous comptons bien revenir ou du moins tester une autre des villas proposées.

From €160 a night for the whole villa
In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date and time (5pm, local time of the villa), the guest will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before 5pm (local time of the property), the guest will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, as well as a full refund of the cleaning fee, linen fee and tourist tax.
Any cancellation made less than 7 days before 5pm, according to the villa’s local time zone, will only be eligible for a refund of the cleaning fee, linen fee and tourist tax.
