The sea is 5 minutes by car: head to Portiragnes-Plage for sandy shores, dunes and bike paths—lazy beach days or sporty outings, your choice. Agde and Béziers are close by for heritage walks, museums and terrace life—think Les Allées Paul-Riquet and the Saint-Nazaire Cathedral—so you can blend swims, culture and great local food.
A signature highlight, the Canal du Midi runs through Portiragnes. Stroll or cycle the towpath past vineyards and lagoons, pause at the locks, or hire a boat for a slow-travel adventure—gentle, scenic and memorable for families and friends alike.

Security deposit of €500 by credit card pre-authorisation only, taken upon arrival. Please ensure a sufficient card limit. A noise monitor is present in the living areas to prevent parties and noise disturbances. The noise monitor is not located in any bedroom, bathroom or sleeping area.

From €95 a night for the whole villa
In the event of a cancellation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date and time (5pm, local time of the villa), the guest will receive a full refund of the total booking amount.
For cancellations made between 7 and 30 days before 5pm (local time of the property), the guest will receive a 50% refund of the nightly rate, as well as a full refund of the cleaning fee, linen fee and tourist tax.
Any cancellation made less than 7 days before 5pm, according to the villa’s local time zone, will only be eligible for a refund of the cleaning fee, linen fee and tourist tax.
