Outside, the summer kitchen features a worktop, plancha and barbecue; the 30 m² terrace fits loungers and a big table for sunbathing, reading or shared meals.

Night side, the layout favours ease: on the ground floor, a suite with private shower room. Upstairs, three bedrooms: a large suite with a panoramic window facing the beach (sea view from the bed), a double bedroom with clean lines, and a home-office bedroom designed for remote work, featuring a refined convertible sofa with two additional single sleeping options: one on the sofa itself and one on the pull-out trundle bed. Soft materials, discreet storage and a calming atmosphere extend the sense of rest throughout. The living room is also equipped with a convertible sofa.

Steps away, beach clubs, shops, ice-cream spots and small eateries set the tone for a car-free stay. The seafront promenade glows at sunset; the port, markets and Cap d’Agde’s buzz are close by—then you return to the quiet of the residence.

Parking & charging — One parking space is included inside the residence. A private 7.4 kW charging point sits in front of the house for easy EV top-ups. Street parking is easy outside—handy for additional vehicles.
