A good house shows in its details. Before every arrival, our team prepares the villa as you would for guests of your own: the bed linen, the toiletries, coffee for the first morning and a welcome touch chosen for each stay. None of it is put on show; it is discovered room by room.
The first touch: a welcome in person
There are no key safes. On the day of your arrival, a member of our team is waiting at the villa. They hand over the keys and show you round: the pool, how the house works, the small habits that make a stay easier. A welcome booklet then takes over, with everything worth knowing on site.
Landing in the morning? Say so when you book. An early arrival or a late departure is offered with our compliments whenever the villa’s schedule allows: our team looks at the stays before and after yours, and confirms 24 hours beforehand. If your journey runs late, simply let us know: a later arrival can be arranged, within our terms and conditions.
This is perhaps the most precious touch of all, because it cannot be put in a basket: someone is expecting you, knows the house and stays within reach until you leave.
Hotel-quality linen
The first night says a good deal about a house. Our villas are dressed in four-star, hotel-quality bed linen, prepared and made up before each arrival. The beds are made and the towels are waiting in the bathrooms.
There is nothing to bring and nothing to plan. It is the sort of detail you forget almost at once, which is exactly the idea.
On a longer stay, our concierge service can arrange housekeeping during your stay, so the house is back to its first-day best without a thought from you.
Nuxe toiletries, from the Rêve de Miel range
In the bathrooms, you will find toiletries from Nuxe’s Rêve de Miel range. Designed for dry skin, the line pairs honey with plant oils; it began in 1994 with a lip balm that has since become one of the brand’s classics.
A soft texture and a discreet scent: the mood we want for your mornings.
Coffee and tea
The first coffee is often taken looking out over the pool, before the house wakes. Nespresso coffee and Dammann Frères teas are waiting in the kitchen when you arrive.
Dammann Frères traces its story to 1692, when Louis XIV granted a certain Sieur Damame the privilege of selling tea, coffee and chocolate in France. The French take tea more seriously than their reputation suggests. Three centuries on, the teas suit breakfast on the terrace and the pause late in the afternoon, when the light turns golden.
A welcome touch, chosen for each stay
For every stay, a welcome touch is chosen with care and waits for you at the villa. It is meant to be discreet, like everything that makes up our welcome.
For an occasion
A birthday, a honeymoon, a reunion: tell us when you book. A bouquet on the table, a bottle on ice, a cake from a pâtissier in the region: our concierge service prepares the surprise before you arrive, with a quote. All that is left for you to do is open the door.
What you do not see
The touches do not end with what is set on a table. Before you arrive, the villa is prepared room by room. During your stay, our team looks after you from the first day to the last. A light bulb, a question about the pool, a table to book: someone answers and takes care of it.
And if you would like to go further, our concierge service will put the rest together with you: groceries delivered before you arrive, a chef for dinner, massages at the villa, a driver for the evening. Each request is quoted separately.
Choosing your house
The welcome, the linen, the toiletries and the coffee come with every stay in the collection, from Villa Summer Wind, in Le Grau-d’Agde, to our houses in Sérignan. Our FAQ covers the essentials of your arrival; to choose the house, all our villas are gathered on one page.
